Local roofing and gutter contractor is seeking a self-motivated, professional and highly personable individual to join our office team IMMEDIATELY. Duties of the Customer Service Coordinator include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $12.00 /hour
IMMEDIATE OPENING for an experience residential (shingle) roof mechanic/ foreman.
Requirements: Extensive knowledge and experience w/ residential roofing (minimum 3 years desired). MUST HAVE a valid Driver’s License (Company vehicle provided).

The Foreman will report directly to a Production Manager. A Foreman is primarily charged with maintaining their assigned construction vehicle in a state of readiness, supervising the Roofing Crew and reporting job site information. The Roofing Foreman must be proficient in all aspects of the Roofing Crew Job Description. The work week is targeted at 40 hours: however, it is not uncommon for the work week to exceed 60 hours or for individual work days to exceed 12 hours. The expectation is that the individual who takes on this position is flexible enough to comply with these potentially diverse hours of construction.
College or program certificate; 5 – 7 years of experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Good with tools? Not afraid of heights? Make it to the top by becoming a roofer. Roofers work on houses and buildings to build, maintain and repair roofs. They use a variety of tools and materials to get the job done and depending on the type of roof, including asphalt, galvanized steel, and shingles.
Roofing is a craft that takes time and balance. Roofers must be able to align the shingles or other materials properly in order to protect the house from weather like wind, rain and snow. Roofers may need to inspect damage on roofs, estimate costs and materials to fix or build a roof, install insulation or vapor barriers, cut materials to fit corners and against walls, and seal everything to avoid leaks. Other roofs may need to be covered in tar and gravel to protect it from the elements.

We are looking for a sales associate with a “hunter mentality”, meaning you are actively pursuing sales opportunities outside the leads you are given (i.e. taking time to visit clients and continuing to strengthen those relationships).
