The Tidewater Roofing Referral Rewards Program is designed to encourage our satisfied clients to share their experience with our company and reward them for doing so!
The Steps are Simple:
Submit your referral online
Go to the SUBMIT REFERRAL FORM prior to your referral having any contact with Tidewater Roofing.
We’ll reach out to them
A TWR representative will contact your referral and decide when it is a good time to estimate their roof. They are under no obligation and the estimate is
free!
Receive your reward
Once their roof is built by the award-winning team at Tidewater Roofing then you will receive the reward that compliments the level that you have achieved.

Program Terms & Conditions
Gift cards vary in value from $ 25.00- $ 350.00 based on the contract amount of the referral. Gift Cards are directly mailed to the referee whose information appears on the referral card in section “referred by”. Gift Cards will be mailed after the completion and final payments for referred service has been rendered.
Projects include all roofing services, gutters, siding, soffit and fascia, insulation and skylights. Once we receive your referral, we will contact them to schedule a convenient free quote for their project. If the proposal is accepted, we will mail your gift card when the project is completed AND paid for.
A referral is a homeowner or property manager who contracts with Tidewater Roofing Company for a new or replacement roof of at least 1,500 square feet. Insurance claims are welcome.
A referral becomes a qualified customer once their roof is built.
You may not refer your own primary residence into the program. If we have replaced your primary residence roof, you may refer a second home, rental property, etc.
Referrals who become qualified customers within 1 year (365 days) of your first referral submission count toward your reward level achievement. One year after your first referral submission your reward level restarts.
Referrals must be made through the form prior to the referred homeowner having had any initial contact with Tidewater Roofing.
A referral reward cannot be used for cash value towards any outstanding balances with Tidewater Roofing.
There can be only 1 referrer per household submitting referrals into the Referral Rewards Program.
The referrer is solely responsible for submitting their referrals into the Referral Rewards Program. Tidewater Roofing representatives are not responsible for entering in this information into the program for the referrer.
