We Start With a Quote
Every home is different. During the estimating process we will capture as much information about your home and requirements as possible. We determine:
- Safety
- The materials chosen for the roof (3-tab shingles, architectural shingles, metal, etc.)
- The shape and measurements of the area being redone
- Any other structural or special requirements
- A full outline of all the work required, including removal of the old roof
- Assigned personal roofing superintendent
We visit your home to prepare your quote so that we can gain important context and information about your home.
We Remove the Old Roof
With our quote approved, we then get to work removing the old roof. This process varies based on the type of roof and materials it was made with.
We approach the demolition of the old roof carefully and take special care to protect your HVAC unit, plants, siding, sidewalks, etc. from potential damage during the construction process. By keeping the demolition process organized, we make less mess and take less time to clean up once the project is complete.
Preparation & Planning
With the old roof removed and properly disposed of, we get to work preparing your bare roof for replacement. This includes placing any vapor barriers, underlayment, or other materials as outlined in the project requirements.
Installation
Once your home has been prepped, we get to work installing your new roof. This part of the process can take a few hours or few days- the size, scope, and complexity of the project greatly influences timelines.
During the installation process, we follow our proprietary Total Quality Management Program, which closely monitors workmanship at each stage of the process to ensure a finished product that meets or exceeds expectations.
Inspection & Clean Up
Once the installation is complete, we do a final round of inspections. Because we offer such expansive warranties on our roofing installations, we closely monitor our workmanship to ensure it meets the grade.
Once your roof passes inspection we begin clean up. We are sure to remove building materials, debris, and any other waste created during the construction process.
